My 3rd child would cry like that if we left h...Hey! My 3rd child would cry like that if we left him on his belly - he just refused to push up. And you know what - he never really crawled. He would do this odd little scootch on his bottom, sort of swinging along on one arm - it was a very fast form of locomotion.
