Where's the pause button on this thing?
Oh sister, I hear your pain. Ryan was up screaming for an hour and a half last night. As soon as he put himself back to sleep, Evan woke up screaming from a bad dream. And still, at 6 AM, they are up and ready to go, me not so much. Oh, yeah, they are two. At least nights like that are much more infrequent now. Hang in there. I too have trouble sleeping. When they were young I'd get no sleep at all because it would take me 45 minutes to fall back asleep, and 15 minutes later some one else was in crisis. It DOES get better...I think.
here, here. between being pregnant (and the ensuing wicked sciatia), having little babies and nursing, i don't think i've slept more than five hours at a stretch in four years. it really plays with your mind. my solution: drugs (the legal kind of coarse) and earplugs.
the big old rant post and never to the point. blame the sleep dip! on regards to insomnia, i am right there with you. when i do get to lay down for sleep, my mind goes round and round about what i SHOULD be doing... and when i have to wake up to nurse... blah blah blah...
Poor you. That's just brutal.
