Messy but cute

Logan is drinking trying to drink water out of my glass.

He wants nothing to do with bottles of milk, but he wants my water.

Looks like we might have to consider moving up the introduction of solid food.

Of course, he also wants to eat this computer, not that that means anything.

P.S. Please leave any and all recommendations, hints or tips for bottle training, sippy or cup training for that matter, in the comments section. Getting desperate over here.

Uh, but you knew that.

Darling!! Oliver does the same thing!! He drinks water and juice from my cup, and never from a bottle or sippy.

I had a kid that thought bottles were the root of all evil. We started a cup at 5 months and I could finally leave without fearing the child would starve or scream herself to death until I got home. Wish we had done it sooner.

Ok it has been 10 years since I sippy cup trained the child mentioned in the previous comment, but I think what we did was start off with the sippy cups that spill, or took the plunger things out of those that were no spill and just gave her little sips so that she would get the idea that there was good stuff in there, and that eventually grew to her being able to use the no spill variety. I usually had someone else do it and we put her in a seat as opposed to the typical feeding position. If I held her and tried to do it..no go. She knew I had the good stuff! My kids never took bottles very well, I think I tried every bottle nipple known to man with the first one and she was not having it!! Oh! I think I used formula instead of breast milk too in the sippy cup. Good Luck!

Thanks, Missy. Sippy cups. We'll give those a try. We still have some from when C was small.

These two are tougher than Caitlin ever was!
