She cleaned my oven.

It sparkles like new. Clean! Fresh! With that straight-from-the-showroom glow.
Mothers are a Wonderful Thing.
And then she made shortcakes and beef patties in it. Mmm! But that is a foodie post for tomorrow.

I believe that voluntarily cleaning an oven that is not your own immediatly qualifies the person for sainthood. Anyway it would if I were the one making the rules about such things.
I think you may be right. I'll mention it to mom and see it there's anything in Catholic Canon that mentions it.
